    Yes, our price is all inclusive, except for certain disbursements. This means that we do not charge extra for anything included in your chosen plan, including attending meetings or preparing documents.

  • What disbursements do you charge for?

    The filing for the Annual Return is included in our fee, other filing fees we will charge to you at cost. Other disbursements which we charge extra for are international courier fees, any government fees and stamp duty.

  • What is your response time?

    We aim to respond within one business day to your enquiries. In some cases where the requests are more complicated, this may take longer.

  • How can I get access to my documents online?

    You will have access to company registers, books, and records through a secure online platform. At the time of onboarding, we will ask you to provide the email addresses of the people who will have access to the platform.
